About to start full time work in Central Dunedin, so looking for somewhere close(ish) to the Octagon. Although not currently studying, I was at University for the last 2 years, so I am very understanding and respectful of people's need to study.

I try my very best to be friendly, open-minded and non-judgemental and am always eager to meet new people.

As far as flatting is concerned, I definitely enjoy having a few drinks every now and then but also realise that it's about moderation and prioritising. I also think it's important to keep a flat relatively clean... :-)
