ABOUT ME:
I am an easygoing person. I get on well with the young and old alike and have had flatmates in the past with varying ages. I like socialising and am often out and about. I work fulltime in the health industry.
ABOUT MY HOME:
My home is situated close to all ammenities including, city central, university, schools, 5X Roads and Westfield Chartwell. The home is sunny, bright, warm and clean and has a great outdoor area which is fully fenced.I have recently installed a heatpump for winter. Must like animals as I have a small dog and two cats.
ROOM:
Can include a king single bed with trundler and bedside cabinet if required.
RENT
Includes phone, power and broadband but not food. If you would like to share food costs this can be negotiated.
