We are looking for a tidy and considerate house-mate to rent a newly redecorated double bedroom. Must be a woman and non-smoker. Bathroom to share. House totally insulated to EU standards with HRV, double glazing and ceiling, floor and cavity wall insulation. House rules apply to shared house environments. House in 1/4 acre section, with small pool and veggie patch. We have hens, 2 cats and Guinea pigs. No noisy parties are allowed but multi-ethnic dinner/lunch parties welcome. Rent includes bills for sky-tv, broadband, electricity and gas, except for gas and electricity of winter months (May-October). Ideal environment for post-graduate students and professional. All maintenance and cleaning of common areas taken care of by management.
