It's good light, comes with or without furniture, washing machine and fridge (we are selling it), is 295 p/weeek, 6 months old carpet & paint, only one and good neighbor.
Hataitai shops, cafes, bar, restaurantes and bus stop (5 minutes walking.
There is plenty of street parking in Hataitai Rd.
I should leave on 20 December or before if you need it urgently. I have a 1180 bond, and a contract valid until 18 may 2012, but you can take the property under your name if you want. If you dont want to sign your own lease contract, the property should be used for 1 or 2 persons.
Cats and dogs allowed just if the property manager accept them.
