We're needing someone to join our fun, sociable flat - preferably a wine drinker (key part of the flat culture!) who enjoys a chat after work, the occasional drink and will make the most of what is a real fun living atmosphere.
The house is perfectly set up - it's not only a modern, large house close to most things (train station 5 minutes walk, shopping mall 15 minutes walk etc) but very well furnished. There's quite a bit to keep you entertained - ranging from a spa pool, arcade table and pool table…. To Sky TV, wireless internet and games (xbox 360, Wii and PS3).
The flatties - we're a mix of Kiwis and Irish with 5 of us currently… all get on well looking for someone who wants a sociable pad.
How the house operates…. We splt all expenses which we've found the cheapest. Power usually works out to be $40 - $50 monthly, Phone and Internet is free (40 GBs), Sky TV (all movies/sports) is $10 a month and we have a cleaner who comes fortnightly and is an additional $15 a month. All up - you would be well covered budgeting $80 a month for all of the above aside rent, should easily cover it.
The house has 6 rooms - 2 lounges and a garage which has been carpeted/converted to a games room. All the rooms have sofas and the rest of it so there's plenty of living space. It's relatively open plan while being large enough to provide a healthy living environment.
