I have a three bedroom place with 1 furnished room for rent. $185 week

Rent includes power, phone, internet, sky tv, household goods and wood for winter. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a great outdoor area. Oh we also have a spa pool in its own separate room. Currently 2 females living there at the moment.

Just looking for a chilled out guy or gal working fulltime who likes to have a drink or 3 .... :) Clean and tidy etc, all the usual.

Also we have a puppy who still behaves like a puppy but is fully grown now. (golden retreiv) so would be best if you didn't mind dogs as he loves to play with everyone.
