I currently have a 'Weta' flatmate who is on a medium term contract and he is moving out shortly, so the house will be available for viewing again. Previously I was sharing with a pilot who then transferred to Auckland, the location is also handy to the airport.

This is a warm sunny, tidy 2 storied house, with its own private garden. The room is a double with built in wardrobe which gets great morning and afternoon sun with polished wooden floors and a nice glimpse of the sea.
The rest of the house is spacious - there is a large lawn and garden and basement with storage. The house has tv and wireless broadband (10 GIG per month) the kitchen has all mod cons and you can relax and sink into the couches!
The house is located with a 10 minute walk to the beach and shops. The bus stop for peak hour buses is across the road with a rapid bus that zooms into town in 20 minutes. You are right in the heart of the film industry here, with a great vibe, new cinema and lots of nice cafes to relax in and enjoy!
You'll be sharing with one professional female and two cute cats! Friendly and easygoing. I have plently of interests so with work and my social activites you'd get some time to youself however be nice to get together when we're both here too.
My previoius flatmate before the 'Weta' guy was a pilot who transferred for work, so looking for a qualified professional 'good guy' or girl to share with, who's easy going and house trained......with a sense of humour
