This is such a great house to live in. Flatmates are from around the world, Germany, France, Netherlands etc...mature,outgoing and tidy.... all keep the house very clean. Great community.Sociable but not a party house. This is large sunny clean house run as a flat close to the city ( 2.5 kms from city center ) & university,Very close to all amenities such as banks, supermarket,shops, pool, gym, all 5 mins walk away and major bus routes.We cater for internationals who are either studying, working or on OE.We have both single and double fully furnished rooms some with ensuite, deck or rooms with attached conservatory.Linen included. Expences covered in rent are Electricity,Gas,Water,Telephone,SKY TV and Gardener. Wireless broadband internet available is extra - we use Zenbu Hotspot, plus Washing Machine / Clothes Drier are coin operated.
