Hey, I'm looking for someone with a spare room in their house/flat to board with. My maximum payment (depending on a job's income) would be $75 a week, $150 a fortnight. Or $300 monthly. I'm a pretty quiet person who keeps to himself, eg. no parties, loud music etc, basically im not wanting to cause a fuss just to have somewhere to live while i finish home-schooling, and work full time.
