We have one small spare room. Currently one couple, 1 guy, 1 chick (she is away until Feb 12), looking for one more flattie to join us. Ages of current flatties range from 20 - 24. 1 student, 3 fulltime workers. Looking for people who are easy going and like to have a good time. Must be honest and respect other flatties property. Non smoker. My partner is hugely into hunting and I am into sports, would love to have some people with similar interests but not essential.
Section is quite small but working on a making a good bbq area at the moment. Must be able to pay rent on time. We love our current living situation, everyone gets along really well and is respectful of one another, we help each other out as required and we always have a really tidy communal area. I don't care how messy anyones room is as long as everyone keeps the living area, bathroom etc tidy.
There is no off street parking.
House is fully furnished excl the bedrooms, you are welcome to use our fridge/freezer, washing machine etc. We can provide single or double bed if required. . Busstop is 1 min walk from driveway, taxi to Nelson city is $7. it takes about half an hour to walk to town, 12 mins slow running pace. Any questions feel free to give me a txt or email. We have big tv, sky, my sky, 30g internet. Can move in from 8 November.
