Hi my name is Michaela im 23 with a 5 year old son, We have a 4 bedroom house which is across the road from a beach access with a pool out the back.
The room for rent is a big double room with own balcony and ranchslider.
Would be perfect for a couple who are working full-time or a single person with lots of bedroom stuff.
Would prefer not too have any kids but if you have them every other weekend thats fine.
Just need someone who pays on time, picks up after themselves.
