The property is in the Diamond Sands Resort which is 600 metres from the main Papamoa beach. The resort is located halfway between Bayfair Shopping Centre and the Palm Beach Plaza Shopping Centre and walking distance to a park and bus stop.
There is a clubhouse that is available to all resort guests for your private functions, complete with a full kitchen, BBQ, spa pool, sauna, swimming pool, and a fully equipped gym, beach volleyball court and outdoor chess.
My house (like all in the complex) is a 3br brick and tile dwelling, fully furnished (except for your bedroom) with air conditioning and double lockup garage. Parking is available in the driveway or by the clubhouse.
