My flatty and I would like to fill the other room. Its a small room...hence the small price.
Price is for room only, share utility costs at end of each month. Sort out your own food.
Couples allowed but rent will change as it will be split between more people.
About me:
Im a 29 year old female. I work full-time afternoon shift so am home from work after 10pm. Im quiet so will not interrupt your sleep.
I like to keep a tidy home, though im not a neat freak.
I go away every second weekend.
The flat is fully furnished. You will only need furnishings for your room.
Memorial park is right next door.
Cats are ok but unfortunately the landlord does not allow dogs so i cannot budge on that. There is a cat here already so if you have a cat to bring it has to be nice to the other one.
