I have had mostly international students staying in the past but am now looking for a longer term flatmate.If you are here for the rebuild of Christchurch thats great.
From the upstairs lounge you can watch the sun setting over the estuary and Southern Alps .If you enjoy walking, 2mins walk over the dunes you will find the delightful beach with views stretching to the Kaikouras.
The house has two large upstairs living areas ,a private garden and sunny outdoor sitting spaces on the deck or bbq. area..The bedroom available has semi ensuite i.e shower and handbasin.There are two toilets in the house-one up and one downstairs.
If you enjoy the coastal lifestyle this is for you.
The house has suffered minimal earthquake damage.
