I have a double room to rent in a modern 4 bedroomed house. There are 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a large dining room with a modern kitchen, Dishwasher. There is also a nice sized lounge. I have wireless broadband. There is a lovely garden and off street parking . There are 2 existing female flatmates who are looking for easy going tidy flat mate who will respect the property. Housework is shared. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Short or Long Term Considered. Must be Honest and reliable. Rent includes everything except Food, National, International and Mobile Phone Calls. We are both professionals. We are about 10 min drive from town and about 20 min to the beach at Mount Maunganui. We are on the route for the Bus. The rent of $720 per month (180 per week) is for a single person if you are a couple then the rent will be $880 per month ($220 per week). Rent can be Negotiable. The room is availabe now.
