I rent an executive-style house in TAURANGA, Bay of Plenty. NB This is in the UPPER north Island, nowhere near Wellington as the map wrongly suggests here.
We have fabulous views from a big wide deck. I am a mature female and have a cat. There is WiFi.
Relaxed atmosphere. I like peace but I like music too, not too loud. Own cooking, share, dont mind. There is a nice room with a single bed in it, built-in wardrobe and a desk.
Its a great house to live in. Down a drive, so quite private. 5 car parking. Near the top of a hill, a fit person could walk to the nearest shops.
