We have a really nice 'apartment', great condition (only a few years old), and great location (about 15 min walk from town).
There's two of us - 22 and 24 year old females, professionals.
We like to chill out in the week outside of work, and have the occassional drink (or 2...) in the weekend

Downstairs is open plan living and toilet.
Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite, and a bathroom.
The room available is decent size with large double wardrobe.
We put in $25 per week for power, internet, and household expenses
We are thinking it would be cool to all cook together and would look at the price for that (probably something like $25/30 a week) :)
